Amy Millan of Stars and (dare I say) the "supergroup" Broken Social Scene sings like an angel, froths like a fair maiden, and can play the guitar like like an octopus. When ElectroHell gets too frothy and my head starts ringing, I like to take nice indie breaks while smokin Cubes, reading R.L. Stine, and listening to the soothing sounds of myrts like Amy.
If Amy's voice alone wasn't enough, throw in Emily Haines of Metric and Leslie Feist (Feist) and you've got yourself the ultimate recipe for a a beautiful song and a boner. Here's a few selects:
